The Dillinger Group is composed of many companies of great renoun which, together, give their clients the best quality and the best services possible related to heavy plates. This contains activities such as the steel mill production of coke and cast iron by subsidiaries Zentralkokerei Saar GmbH and ROGESANRoheisengesellschaft Saar mbH, in common with the company Saarstahl AG, only the production of liquid steel as well as semi-finished products.

However, our companies of trading, flame cutting and transformation offer after the making of plates, additional services as well as individual solutions for clients in terms of marketing, completion of heavy plates and other steel products. The company Steelwind Nordenham GmbH, a 100% subsidiary company of Dillinger was created in 2014. It is a factory making monopiles for the off-shore wind-park market.

In 1991, the 50% subsidiary of Dillinger EUROPIPE GmbH, a big tubes maker at Mühlheim an der Ruhr, was created specifically for the transformation of tube sheets. It is a leader producer in the world for tubes that transport petrol and natural gaz which have sites in Germany and in the USA.
