Dillinger France is a subsidiary since 1992 of one of the world's leading producers of high-grade, wide-width steel plate and has been located on more than 80 hectares of land in northern France since 1962.
German quality made in France...
With a workforce of 530, the company can produce over 600 000 tons of heavy plate per year at its Dunkirk site. Its location close to ports, waterways, railways and roads makes it an ideal site for the export of its products.
Dillinger plate is used worldwide for a wide range of projects, including offshore wind power, steel and mechanical engineering, line pipe and boiler making.
Some examples of projects in France: Millau Viaduct, Simone de Beauvoir footbridge in Paris, Le Monde building in Paris, Lille Stadium... and many others around the world!
Dillinger France is the only company located in France to produce this type of products for the Offshore Wind market.
From 2019 to 2022, more than 30 million euros have been invested at the Dillinger France site, in order to strengthen the Dillinger Group's position in the offshore wind energy market. In particular by renovating and acquiring new installations that will enable us to meet the specifications of our commercial partners with ever greater precision.
The Dillinger Group is involved in more than 80 wind energy projects.
